When did Collegiate Station at Rolla open?

Collegiate Station opened in August, 2007.

What are the rental rates for your Apartments / Rooms?

Do I have the option of renting on a five month or nine month lease?

At this time we only offer twelve month lease terms.

What does rent include?

One bed space includes furniture, water and sewer, trash, cable, internet and electricity. A washer and dryer are provided in each apartment.

Who can live at Collegiate Station?

MS&T students, faculty and staff. The property is geared towards university related residents; however anyone who qualifies may live here.

Do I pay by the month or by semester?

Either.

Are pets allowed?

No.

Can members of the opposite sex be apartment mates?

Yes, if all roommates know each other prior to move-in and give approval. Collegiate Station will not use roommate matching to match members of the opposite sex.

Can two people occupy one bedroom?

No. All rooms are private and are for single person occupancy only.

Is smoking allowed?

No.

Can I still live there if I don't have an apartment mate?

Yes. Collegiate Station provides apartment mate matching services at no extra charge. You can either find your own apartment mate or we can do that for you.

Is there an alarm system per each unit?

Yes. Intrusion alarms are in each unit.

When can I apply?

Now. We are accepting applications for the upcoming school year!

Where is Collegiate Station located?

The site is located northwest of highway I-44 & White Columns Drive. We are within walking distance of campus. See Map & Directions for more information.

Is there a deposit and application fee?

Yes. The deposit is $200 and the application fee is $50 (nonrefundable.)

Is there assigned parking?

Parking is for residents only. There is ample parking for all residents and visitors. Residents may purchase UMR parking permits for use on the UMR campus.

Is there a required meal plan?

There is no required meal plan at Collegiate Station; however residents may opt to purchase a MS&T meal plan if desired.
