What are the rental rates for your Apartments / Rooms?

What does rent include?
One bed space includes furniture, water and sewer, trash, electricity, cable and internet. A washer and dryer are provided in each apartment.
Who can live at Collegiate Station?
SWOSU students, faculty and staff. The property is geared toward university-related residents, however anyone who qualifies may live here.
Do I pay by the month or by semester?
Either.
Are pets allowed?
No.
Can members of the opposite sex be apartment mates?
Yes, if all roommates know each other prior to move-in and give approval. Collegiate Station will not use roommate matching to match members of the opposite sex.
Can two people occupy one bedroom?
No. The private bedrooms are for single person occupancy only.
Is smoking allowed?
No.
Can I still live there if I don't have an apartment mate?
Yes. Collegiate Station provides apartment mate matching services at no extra charge. You can either find your own apartment mates or we can do that for you.
Is there an alarm system per each unit?
Yes. Intrusion alarms are in each unit.
When can I apply?
Now. We are accepting applications for Spring 2009 move-in.
Where is Collegiate Station located?
The site is located to the West of campus near the intersection of 7th street and Oklahoma Avenue at 601 W. Oklahoma Avenue.
Is there a deposit and application fee?
Yes. The deposit is $200 and the application fee is $50 (nonrefundable.)
