Each bedroom is leased individually, this arrangement means that if a roommate leaves, other roommates are not financially responsible for the entire apartment. Javelina Station apartments also include basic utilities (water & sewer).

Application Fee: $50 per applicant (non-refundable)
Deposit: $200 per resident
