How to Reserve Your Apartment

1. Complete the online application or print out and complete the downloadable application. Please read the Summary of Rental Standards to understand the terms of your lease.

2. Pay your application fee and security deposit online or make a check or money order (no cash please) to Collegiate Station at Ruston Apartments and make a check or money order for the $35 application fee (Applications can only be considered if payment is made)

3. Complete the Online roommate Matching Form online or print out and complete the Downloadable Roommate matching application.

4. Parents or Guardian must download, print and complete the Apartment Lease Guaranty and mail it along with a copy of Parent/Guardian drivers' license to Collegiate Station at Ruston Apartments

5. Send completed forms (and payment, if not paying online) to:
