Rent

1st of the month- Rent is due.
2nd & 3rd of the month- Rent is on time
4th of the month- Rent is late.

There will be a $35 fee in addition to your rent payment if paid today. Each subsequent day after this (that your rent is late) there will be an extra $5 fee in addition to the $35 and your rent payment.
